MINDWEST founder John Hale briefed NASA executives and met for a one-day conference to discuss communication and collaboration using “Web 2.0″ technologies vital to “Performance 2.0″ in the 21st Century. Hale discussed origins and trends in Web-enabled communications and management – noting that organizations need to leverage Enterprise IQ ™ in order to adapt and compete.
